Time: 10:30am- 3:00pm
Cost: $50/each (with $5 returned to Otonabee Minor Hockey for future events)

**Mouth Guards will be provided to your Team Manager within 2 weeks after impressions**
***If your child has orthodontic brackets, you will need to connect with your orthodontist for mouth guard options***
