Midgets win Silver Stick Tournament

The Leahy Excavation Inc. and Muddy’s BBQ Pit Midget Otonabee Wolves recently participated in the Pembroke Silver Stick Tournament winning the Midget C Championship.  In game one, they defeated Norwood 4 – 1.  In their second game, they lost to Mariposa 3 – 1.  In game three they defeated Deep River 3 – 1, which moved them on to the semi-finals against Tweed.  With an overtime win against Tweed 3 – 2, the Wolves moved on to the final.  In the final, the Wolves defeated Centre Hastings 4 – 0. 

The Wolves now move on to the International Silver Stick Tournament held January 8 – 10, 2016 in Forest, Ontario.
