All players, team officials, time keepers, volunteers and instructors (including 3rd party) must complete Covid-19 screening prior to each practice/game, including any taking place off-ice.
Screening Questions will be based on the Provincial Guidelines for Schools, which can be found at:
https://covid-19.ontario.ca/screening/customer/
Proof of assessment must be shown in the form of a printed copy or screenshot. This must be completed the day of the game/practice.
Should a player not have access to the screening, questions will asked by the team staff completing the attendance checklist upon entry.
